Where we deliver
Gulu Mulu delivers to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, including upazila-level addresses served by our courier partners.

Orders placed before 2:00pm are picked up from the seller the same working day. Friday is a non-dispatch day for most sellers, and government holidays add one working day.
Multi-seller orders
Gulu Mulu is a marketplace, so one order can contain products from several sellers. Each seller ships their own parcel, which means your order may arrive in more than one delivery. You are charged the delivery fee once per order, not once per seller — we absorb the difference.
Tracking
Every parcel gets a tracking status visible under My Orders. You will get an SMS when the parcel is picked up and again when the rider is out for delivery.
Failed deliveries
Our rider attempts delivery twice, and calls you before each attempt. If both attempts fail because the number is unreachable or the address is wrong, the parcel returns to the seller and the order is cancelled. Repeated failed COD deliveries may lead to COD being disabled on your account.
Before you pay
On a Cash on Delivery order you may open the parcel and check the product in front of the rider. If it is the wrong item or visibly damaged, refuse it and pay nothing.
