1. Who you are contracting with

Gulu Mulu is a marketplace. When you buy a product, your contract of sale is with the seller listed on the product page, not with Gulu Mulu. We provide the platform, take payment, arrange delivery and enforce the buyer-protection policies set out on this site.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or over to buy on Gulu Mulu.
• Your account is tied to your mobile number and secured by a one-time code. Keep your phone secure — anyone with access to the OTP can place an order in your name.
• One person, one account. Duplicate accounts created to abuse first-order coupons will be closed.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Sellers set their own prices. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error.

Stock is not reserved until an order is placed, and in rare cases a seller may confirm they cannot fulfil an item after checkout. You will be refunded in full.

4. Coupons

Coupons are single-use per account unless the coupon terms say otherwise, cannot be combined, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any coupon obtained through a duplicate account, a bot, or a leaked internal code will be voided.

5. Reviews

You may only review a product you have actually received. Reviews containing abuse, phone numbers, external links or content unrelated to the product will be removed.

6. Our liability

We are liable for the platform, the payment and the delivery. We are not liable for a seller's manufacturing defects beyond the refund and return rights described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction.
